The <Statistics | Search Statistics> menu shows the history of searches that users made in 1Libraries and the 2web viewer. Set the period and click the <View> button to show the number of searches for each document in the document list. Select a document to show the number of searches for each search keyword.
When users search in a library, ManualWorks also saves the search history for the documents in the library. If you select “Search history is not recorded for individual documents.” in the library options, searches in the library are not saved in the search history of individual documents.
Copy the search keywords to the clipboard as follows.
Open the 1 context menu.
Click <Copy to clipboard> in the context menu.
The data is separated by line breaks and tabs. You can paste it into Excel, a text editor, and so on.
