- Document Menu
The “Document Menu” type creates a menu by selecting a document or a page. When you click a “Document Menu” type menu in the web viewer, the ManualWorks document opens.

For the “Link Menu” type, you enter a URL when you create the menu. When you click a “Link Menu” type menu in the web viewer, the URL you entered opens.

“Fill Available Width” for Library Menus

Menus without the option are distributed in the space left after the menus with “Fill available width” take their width. For example, the figure below shows the <Home> menu and the <Q&A> menu with the “Fill available width” option set and “Center” alignment applied.
“Fill available width” takes precedence over “Alignment” in the library style.
If you set “Fill available width” on the first menu, the remaining menus are aligned to the right even if you set “Left” or “Center” alignment. To use both options together, set the “Fill available width” option on several menus to match the style you want, as in the example above.

If you do not set a main page, a main page based on the library menus is provided. Because you cannot set the order of documents and other details, we recommend building the main page yourself with a web page. This lets you build a fixed layout, like the 3Rabbitz help page (in Korean).

Keyword Menus

This menu does not appear in exported HTML.
Keeping the Library
When several libraries contain the same document, an arbitrary library appears when the document is shown. If you select “Keep the library.” in the library options, the library you are currently viewing stays shown.
If you set a default library for documents and web pages, the “Keep the library.” option is ignored and the library you set always appears.
Libraries and Permissions
Only users who have the "Create Style" permission can set up libraries. However, if you select "Allow users with the write role to edit the library." in the <Preferences | General> menu, users who have the "Write & Read" permission can edit library items.
