Campaigns are available starting with ManualWorks 6.0.19. A campaign turns the content of a chapter written in ManualWorks into an email body and sends it to the recipients you choose on a schedule.
Write announcements, newsletters, and release news in the ManualWorks editor, and send them as email as they are, with no other tools. This announcement email was also created and sent with campaigns.
Here are the main features.
Chapter content as the email body: The selected chapter is converted into email HTML to create the body. If needed, you can wrap the body in a template with a header and footer.
Audience management: Add recipients that match a condition all at once, such as all users or newsletter subscribers, or search by name or email and add them one by one.
Scheduled and batch sending: Schedule the date and time to send, and set a batch size to send in several rounds.
Preview and test emails: Before sending, check the actual subject and body that will be sent, and send a test email to an address you specify.
Unsubscribe: If you put an unsubscribe link in the template, recipients can unsubscribe themselves and are automatically left out of later campaigns.

Only administrators can use campaigns, and they work only when a mail server is set up for sending email.
