If the <Preferences> menu is invisible, then you need to click on the <Admin> menu in the upper right corner. The <Admin> menu is only visible to the users with the “Administrator” role.
General Setting
In the <Preferences | General> menu, you can change the following information.
- Base URL
The URL for installed 3Rabbitz Book. It is used for document links and email transmission. Enter a domain address or IP address.
- Date/Time Format
Time formats
- Date/Time with Second Format
Time format including seconds
Mail Server
If you want to use the “Find Password” function in the log in screen and Book Watch alarm service, then you will have to configure the mail server.
Mail Server Setting
You can set the mail server in the following order.
Click on the <Preferences | Mail Server> menu.
Click on the <Update Mail Server> link.
After entering the basics and the SMTP in the input form, click on the <Save> button.

Sender’s Email Address | No | If the email account ID is set, then it becomes the email address of a sender. If you want to use another address for a sender, then you need to enter it here. If username and password settings are not necessary, then you will have to enter email address, so that a sender’s email address is set. |
Sending a Test Mail
You can send your test emails in the following order to verify the mail server setting.
Click on the <Preferences | Mail Server> menu.
Click on the <Send Test Mail> link.
After typing in the email content, click on the <Send> button in the bottom.
Setting the Mail Server with Google Accounts
Even if you do not operate the mail server on your own, as long as you have a google account, you can use them to set the mail server.

License
You can upgrade the license in the following order.
Click on the <Preferences | License> menu.
Click on the <Upgrade License> link.
After entering the new “license key”, click on the <Save> button.
