Staying Logged In
When you log in, click the <1Stay logged in> button to log in automatically next time. By default, “Stay logged in” remains valid for 30 days. The <Stay logged in> button does not appear if you set up two-factor authentication or if the administrator turns off staying logged in.
Resetting Your Password
When a mail server is configured, the <2Forgot your password?> tab appears. Enter your username and click the button. ManualWorks sends a new password to your registered email address.

Note the following.
If you forget your password and the <Forgot your password?> tab does not appear, ask a user with the “Administrator” role for help. A user with the “Administrator” role changes your password.
If you do not receive an email after you reset your password, the mail server settings may be incorrect. Ask a user with the “Administrator” role for help.
