Document Revision Statistics
Only users with the “Administrator” permission can use this feature.
The <Statistics | Document Revision Statistics> menu shows the following statistics.
Number of documents created by year
Number of edits by document
Number of visits by document
Number of visits by year for each document
For each document, it also shows the creator, creation time, last updater, and last modified time. Select a year in “Number of Documents created by Year” to show only the documents created in that year. Click the <Download as Excel> link to download the document list as an Excel file.
To view the latest data, click the <1Refresh> link.
If there are many documents, the first load can take a long time. After the statistics data is built for each document, changes are not reflected for 1 hour.
