Change the Korean Postposition

When you find and replace in a Korean document, Korean postpositions (particles) are also changed. This option appears only in Korean documents.

Find and replace in all chapters.

Finds the search term in all chapters of the document and shows the number of matches in each chapter. This option appears only in book documents.

Find also finds search terms in reference links, so you can check every place in the document where the term you want to replace is used.

However, the text of a reference link follows the title of the linked chapter, so you cannot replace it. If you run Replace on a reference link, a message tells you that it cannot be replaced, and you can continue on to the next match. When you run "Replace All," search terms in reference links are left as is and only the rest are replaced. However, reference links whose text you entered yourself with "Preserve link text" do not follow the chapter title, so they can be replaced.

To change the text of a reference link, change the title of the linked chapter. When you change the title, all reference links that point to that chapter are updated automatically.

You cannot use Find and Replace while a paragraph editing window is open. Search terms are found in text paragraphs, table paragraphs, and image paragraph titles, but not in object paragraphs. If you replace with the Replace field left empty, a “Replace with Empty String?” confirmation dialog appears.
