Checking the Data and Backup Directory Locations

To check the data directory, enter the following command in the Console.

get-preference -name DB_DIR

To check the backup directory, enter the following command in the Console.

get-preference -name BACKUP_DIR

Relative paths start from the 3RABBITZ_HOME/bin directory.

Changing the Locations

Change the data and backup directory locations as follows.

3RABBITZ_HOME refers to the directory where ManualWorks is installed.

  1. Stop ManualWorks.

  2. Copy the data and backup directories to the new location.

  3. Open the 3RABBITZ_HOME/preference.properties file, and change the data and backup directory locations.

BACKUP_DIR=../data/backup
DB_DIR=../data
