Changing the Base Logo and the Header Logo

You can change the base logo and the header logo. The base logo is used in the login page and web viewer.

You can change the logos by clicking <2Update General> link at <Preferences | 1General> Menu.

Publishing and Tag

We separate the publishing and the tag.

There are three ways to publish a document.

Latest: You will be able to publish latest. Changes made will be reflected immediately in the web viewer. But you should rebuild a PDF and EPUB file to reflect the changes to the PDF and EPUB file.
Present Time: You will be able to publish current content after creating new tag. Changes made after current time does not reflected in the web viewer.
Publishing with Tag: You will be able to publish by choose a tag which was created previously. Changes made after creating the tag does not reflected in the web viewer.

Other changes associated with the publishng and tag as follows.

You will be not able to publish one book with the multiple links anymore.
Fixed the problem that you can enter an empty value in the link field.

Web Viewer

1Search form looks to be the same, regardless of the the web viewer layout template. And the width of search field will be correspond with the width of the navigation panel.

2Navigation Tab looks to be the same, regardless of the web viewer layout template.

3The size of the button which toggles the navigation panel is enlarged.

1You can set the footer.
You can set the footer in <Style | Web Viewer Layout | General>.

2We changed the UI of "Powered by 3Rabbitz".

1We have added a button to close the figure overlay.

2We've changed to a scroll bar will be appeared when you look at the big picture in the figure overlay.

Other changes associated with the web viewer as follows.

When you view a paragraph that is not a heading, the heading closest to the paragraph will be open in the toc.
Fixed the problem that you will be able to resize of the navigation panel even though the navigation panel is hidden.
Fixed the problem that referenced chapters will be not displayed when you view the web viewer with tag.
Fixed the problem that the keyword will be overlapped with the toc panel in the article web viewer.
Fixed the problem that the fixed option of the table layout does not work correctly.
Fixed the problem that the article web viewer does not support the tag.

Web Viewer Layout

The web viewer layout has been improved.

1Menu of the web viewer layout has been reorganized as general, top panel, top object, navigation panel and content panel.

2You will be able to enter the footer that displayed at the bottom of the web viewer.
You will not be able to use script, style tag in the footer.

You will be able to choose the color and style of the resize tool for the navigation panel.

You will be able to set the background color and border for the content panel.

You will be able to copy the web viewer layout.

You will be able to export and import a web viewer layout as XML.

Editor

You can see UUID of a paragraph in the option panel of the paragraph.

We have added the WON(₩) currency character to the special character overlay.

To do a line break in the callout list, write as follows.

Other changes associated with the editor are as follows.

Fixed the problem that the figure which is greater than the width of editor is overflow when you find and replace.
Fixed the problem that a cell of a table cannot be selected correctly when there are many paragraph.

Visual Editor

1We have added a button to close the visual editor.

2We have added the gridlines.

3If you check “Lock Object”, the size and position of the object cannot be changed.

Other changes associated with the visual editor are as follows.

Fixed the problem that an object is placed on a little more upper than the point of the mouse click when you add the object.
You can change the size of the callout object.
Fixed the problem that sometimes an object is not moved in spite of pressing Up/Down/Left/Right key.

Adding Step Paragraph Type

The Step paragraph type can be used to explain the step-by-step procedures.

The number of step is always initialized to 1 after heading paragraph.

The Paragraphs after coming out of step is indented in the Web viewer and PDF, but they are not indented in the editor.

Renumbering the Chapters below the Part

You can renumber the chapters below the part.

To renumber the chapters, check "Renumbered" in the chapter form.

Users and Groups

When changing user details, you can assign a user to the groups.
In my profile, you can see the groups which you belong.
Sort the group by name when displaying the groups which a user belongs.
Sort the users by name when assigning the users to the group.

Other Bug Fixes

To ensure that there is no margin on the right side of the dashboard, we have modified to automatically set the width of the project.
Fixed the problem that when you add a document to the project, the document only set permissions by a group or keyword does not appear.
Fixed the problem that the space object are not handled correctly when you build the EPUB file.
Fixed the problem that the "Emphasis" type of character can not be set to bold in the Web theme.
Fixed the problem that occurs NullPointerException in the preview of the web viewer layout.

Fixed the problem that line breaks of "Proofreading" paragraph are not applied in TODO View.
Fixed the problem that unicode character does not handled correctly when using MS SQL Server.
Fixed the problem that the exception occurs when using MS SQL Server and searching in the dashboard.
Fixed the problem that the input fields of the overlay is displayed abnormally.
Fixed the problem that the tags is not sorted by time in the revision panel of the editor.
Fixed the problem that the revision is broken when deleting several paragraphs.
